Durable Clear Corrosion Protection Without Hiding the Surface

ENDRUST® RXCLEAR is a fast-curing, resin-based anti-corrosive clear coating developed to protect bare, painted and rusted metal surfaces while preserving their appearance.

Formulated with rust-penetrating corrosion inhibitors and a UV-resistant clear resin, RXCLEAR penetrates and encapsulates surface rust, inhibits further corrosion and forms a durable gloss protective barrier against moisture.

Its clear finish makes it particularly suitable for engine bay body surfaces, vehicle components, machinery and equipment where corrosion protection is required without applying a black coating.

Technical Information

Surface Preparation & Application

Clean and dry the surface thoroughly, removing dirt, road film, grease, salt and loose contamination.

Remove loose or flaking rust and paint. Firmly adhered surface rust may remain for treatment after suitable preparation.

Existing painted surfaces must be sound and may require light abrasion to promote adhesion.

Apply one light mist coat followed by one full, even coat using suitable spray equipment.

Avoid coating belts, sensors, electrical connectors, air intakes and high-temperature exhaust or turbo components.
