ENDRUST® RXBLACK is a fast-drying, resin-based anti-corrosive coating designed to protect bare, painted and rusted metal surfaces. Formulated with rust-penetrating corrosion inhibitors, it penetrates surface rust, inhibits further corrosion and cures to a smooth, durable gloss black protective barrier that seals out moisture.

Suitable for automotive, mining, agricultural and industrial applications, RXBLACK combines effective corrosion protection with an attractive black finish. Its fast-drying formulation makes it ideal for vehicle chassis, machinery and equipment requiring a hard-wearing protective coating.

Fast-Drying Corrosion Protection with a Durable Gloss Black Finish

ENDRUST® RXBLACK is a resin-based anti-corrosive protective coating developed for automotive, mining, agricultural and industrial metal surfaces. Formulated with rust-penetrating corrosion inhibitors, it protects new steel, sound existing paintwork and properly prepared rusted metal.

RXBLACK penetrates surface rust, inhibits and encapsulates corrosion, and forms a smooth, hard-wearing protective film that helps prevent moisture from reaching the underlying metal.

Its fast-drying formulation and attractive gloss black finish make it a practical choice for vehicle chassis, trailers, machinery and structural steelwork.

Surface Preparation & Application

Surfaces should be clean, dry and free from grease, oil, loose rust and flaking paint. Sound existing coatings should be lightly abraded where necessary to promote adhesion.

Apply one light mist coat followed by one full coat, following the current Technical Data Sheet for film thickness, recoating intervals and spray settings.

RXBLACK is suitable for professional automotive and industrial applications where durable corrosion protection and a gloss black finish are required.
