How RCP150 Works

Rust forms when steel reacts with oxygen and moisture, creating iron oxide.

ENDRUST RCP150 reacts with this rust and converts it into a stable black protective layer, sealing the surface and preventing further corrosion.

This converted layer also provides an excellent base for further protective coatings, allowing rustproofing products or paints to bond effectively.

Once cured, RCP150 can be overcoated with most common protective coatings, including:

• Bituminous rustproofing coatings

Application Methods

RCP150 can be applied using several methods depending on the size of the job:
