High-Volume Rustproofing Equipment for Workshop and Trade Use

The Lemmer 20L Pressurised Rustproofing Kit is a complete, turnkey system for workshops and trade applicators running high-volume rustproofing operations.

Built around a 20 litre stainless steel-lined pressure tank with an integrated manual agitator, the kit delivers consistent product flow and homogeneous coating consistency across larger jobs. The included RP460HD heavy-duty spray gun is supplied with both a round-jet nozzle for underbody work and a 45° “field hockey stick” extension with 18″ flexible hose for cavity application — covering the full range of rustproofing work without changing equipment.

Known in the spray trade as a pressure pot configuration, this version is specifically set up for rustproofing applications including underbody coatings, cavity waxes and chassis protection products.
