The Star S-770 10L Protective Coatings Kit is a complete pressure pot spray system designed for applying protective coatings, epoxies, primers, sealers, clear coats and industrial coatings.

Combining a 10-litre pressure pot, Star S-770 Spray Gun Head and 10m Twin Fluid & Air Hose Set, the system provides excellent atomisation, reliable material flow and professional finish quality across a wide range of coating products.

Unlike dedicated rustproofing systems designed primarily for cavity waxes and underbody coatings, the Star S-770 system is optimised for protective coatings where finish quality, atomisation and spray pattern control are important.

While the Star S-770 can be configured to spray UB302B Underbody Coating using a larger fluid tip, dedicated rustproofing systems such as the RP32 and Lemmer Rustproofing Kits generally provide better performance for underbody coatings and cavity wax applications.

Protective Coatings System vs Rustproofing System

The Star S-770 10L Kit is designed primarily for applying protective coatings, epoxies and clear coats where finish quality and spray control are important.

For applying cavity waxes, internal chassis rail treatments and dedicated rustproofing products such as ML602 Cavity Wax, we recommend the RP32 or Lemmer Rustproofing Systems which are specifically configured for those applications.

Many workshops operate both systems: a Star S-770 Kit for coatings such as PSXCLEAR and UB702, together with an RP32 or Lemmer Rustproofing System for cavity wax and underbody protection work.
