Endrust Chassis Jetter — Cavity Flushing Tool

$198.00

The Endrust Chassis Jetter is a purpose-built high-pressure flushing tool designed to remove sand, salt, dirt and silt from inside vehicle chassis rails, box sections and enclosed frame cavities — the hard-to-reach areas where corrosion takes hold. Designed and built in Australia by Endrust rustproofing technicians for use in our own workshops, and now available to the trade.

The Tool We Built Because Nothing Else Did The Job

Effective rustproofing starts with a clean chassis. Sand, salt, road silt and accumulated debris inside enclosed chassis sections trap moisture and accelerate corrosion — exactly the conditions that rustproofing is meant to prevent. Spraying cavity wax over contaminated metal is treating the symptom, not the cause. The cavity needs to be cleaned out first.

The problem: standard pressure washer wands can’t navigate the curves and tight spaces inside chassis rails and box sections. Garden hoses don’t have the pressure or reach. After years of improvising in our own workshops, our rustproofing technicians designed a purpose-built tool to do the job properly.

How It Works

The Endrust Chassis Jetter is a 4-metre flexible high-pressure hose with a specialised stainless steel sewer-style jetter nozzle. The nozzle has angled rear-facing jets that create thrust — pulling the hose deeper into the chassis cavity as you feed it in, while forward-facing jets flush debris back out toward the drain hole.

Connect it to any pressure washer capable of delivering 2500 PSI or higher via the standard 1/4″ quick-connect fitting — typically petrol-powered units or commercial-grade electric pressure washers. Feed the hose into a chassis drain hole or access point, and the tool does the rest. The flexibility lets it follow the natural curves of the chassis frame without kinking. The high-pressure jets dislodge salt deposits, sand pockets, and accumulated road debris that conventional cleaning misses entirely.

What’s included:

  • 4-metre 1/4″ high-pressure flexible jetter hose
  • Stainless steel sewer-style jetter nozzle with forward and reverse jets
  • Quick-connect fitting (1/4″ standard, compatible with most pressure washer trigger handles)
  • Storage coil retention strap

Specifications:

  • Hose length: 4 metres
  • Hose internal diameter: 1/4″
  • Maximum pressure rating: ~34,500 kPa (5000 PSI)
  • Operating pressure range: ~17,000–34,500 kPa (2500–5000 PSI). Best performance at 3500–5000 PSI.
  • Nozzle material: Stainless steel
  • Nozzle type: Sewer jetter pattern (rear-thrust + forward flush jets)
  • Connection: 1/4″ quick-connect (standard pressure washer fitting)
  • Designed and assembled in Australia

Where it earns its keep:

  • Pre-treatment cleaning before rustproofing or cavity wax application
  • Post-beach 4WD and tow vehicle maintenance (flushing accumulated salt)
  • Inland flood and waterway crossings (removing silt and mud from inside frames)
  • Mining and agricultural vehicles (clearing dust and grit from box sections)
  • Classic car restoration prep (cleaning out years of accumulated debris)
  • Camper trailer and caravan chassis maintenance
  • General underbody cleaning in cavities pressure washer wands can’t reach

Important usage notes:

  • Requires a pressure washer capable of delivering at least 2500 PSI (~17,000 kPa) for effective operation. Best performance at 3500–5000 PSI. Most domestic electric pressure washers (typically 1500–2000 PSI) and garden hose connections will not generate enough pressure for effective flushing. Petrol-powered units and commercial-grade electric pressure washers are the typical match.
  • Always feed the hose in slowly with the trigger off, then engage pressure once the nozzle is positioned. The thrust effect is strong — never engage pressure with the nozzl
