Endrust Chassis Jetter – Chassis Flushing Tool

Effective rustproofing starts with a clean chassis.

Sand, salt, road grime, mud and accumulated debris trapped inside chassis rails and enclosed frame sections hold moisture against bare metal and accelerate corrosion. Applying rustproofing products over contaminated surfaces may hide the problem, but it doesn’t remove the cause.

The Endrust Chassis Jetter was developed by Endrust rustproofing technicians to solve exactly this problem.

Designed and assembled in Australia, the system allows operators to flush contaminants from inside chassis rails, box sections and enclosed cavities before applying cavity waxes, rustproofing coatings and corrosion protection systems.

How It Works

The Chassis Jetter consists of a 4-metre flexible high-pressure hose fitted with a specialised stainless steel jetter nozzle.

The nozzle uses a combination of forward and rear-facing jets. Rear-facing jets create thrust that pulls the hose deeper into the chassis cavity, while forward-facing jets loosen and flush accumulated debris back toward the access point.

The flexible hose follows the natural curves of chassis rails and enclosed structures, allowing operators to reach areas that conventional pressure washer lances cannot access.

Important Notes

• Requires a pressure washer capable of at least 2500 PSI.
• Best performance is achieved between 3500–5000 PSI.
• Most domestic electric pressure washers do not generate sufficient pressure.
